A We are a direct manufacturer with our own factory located in Huzhou City Zhejiang Province. We have been producing orthodontic production for over 15 years. Because we control the entire production line, we can offer you competitive pricing, strict quality control, and full OEM/ODM customization services. You are always welcome to visit our factory.
2. Do you have MOQ for standard products?

A Yes, we do have a very flexible policy for standard products. Our MOQ for an formal order is only $1000 for total amount . We understand you may want to test the market first, so we are happy to support you with” no MOQ for the first order”.
3. Will you provide customize service? What is the MOQ for OEM/ ODM products?

Yes, we provide full OEM/ODM customization! Typically, our MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is 1000 units for ODM and 500 units for OEM (fully custom products). This helps cover material prep and machine setup costs.

1. ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) Services

What it is: We adapt our existing, proven designs. You just provide your branding, logo, or minor feature tweaks.

2. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Services

What it is: Fully customized production based on your exact specifications, materials, and unique design. You own the intellectual property.

4. What’ payment methods are accepted? What’s your payment terms?

"We accept several secure payment methods, including Bank Transfer (T/T), For small sample orders, we can also accept PayPal or Ali-Pay(in RMB).

Our standard payment terms are:100% T/T in advance.

For some orders which total amount over $10000. we accept payment terms as below:

30% deposit upfront to start production.

70% balance payment due before shipment.
5. Can I request samples before placing an order?

Yes, we would be happy to send you samples for a quality check. Most products will be delivered free of charge except for some high cost products such as pliers and self-ligating brackets.

We just kindly ask that you cover the courier shipping cost. If you have a DHL, FedEx, or UPS account, we can ship it collect. Otherwise, please share your shipping address and post code, We will get a courier quote for you right away.
6. What is your standard production lead time?

A For our standard products, we maintain regular inventory in our warehouse. Therefore, our lead time is very fast—we can pack and dispatch your order within 3 business days after payment confirmation. This allows you to replenish your stock quickly.
7. Who is responsible for customs duties and import taxes?

A Under our standard shipping terms (like FOB or CIF), the buyer is responsible for all import customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees in the destination country.We always cooperated with DHL and Fedex for the delivery.The courier company will handle the customs clearance paperwork automatically when the goods arrive in your country. If any duties are owed, they will contact you directly via phone or email to collect the payment online before making the final delivery to your doorstep."

The shipping time depends entirely on the delivery method you choose. Here are our standard transit times after production is completed:(Take regular orders as an example)

Express Courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3–7 business days (Fastest, best for samples or small urgent orders).

Air Freight: 7–12 days (Airport-to-airport, cost-effective for medium shipments).

Sea Freight: 25–40 days (Slowest, but the most economical option for large bulk orders).

Rail / Overland Freight: 20–30 days (Available for certain regions like Europe/Central Asia).
